The patches in the following photos were worn by squadron members when their squadron was activated to fly the C-141 Starlifter. 

This patch collection is at the AMC Museum at Dover AFB, DE, and inside the C-141 A model. Patches within this collection were donated by individuals that had flown the C-141.
